Do I need a drawing or CAD software?
No. Set the sizes in the builder and press Get exact price. Your part goes to the quote page as a file, and you add your details there to see the price.
What materials and thicknesses can I choose?
Mild Steel, Stainless Steel 304 and Aluminium 5005, from 1 to 8 mm thick, from the sheet we keep. For anything else, describe it in an enquiry and we price it by hand.
Can you cut lettering or a logo?
The builder makes the blank only. For lettering, a logo or engraving, upload your own DXF on the quote page, or describe it in an enquiry.
How long does it take?
Standard is ready in 5–7 business days from payment; express is 2–3 business days for 50% more. Same-day rush is ready that afternoon for 120% more, at least $250 ex GST: cutting only, in 2, 3 and 5 mm mild steel, 304 stainless and 5005 aluminium; order and pay by 12 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, or it is cut the next working day. Courier time is on top.
Can I pick up, or do you deliver?
Both. Pick up free from our workshop at 45 Cerina Circuit, Jimboomba QLD, or we courier it Australia-wide. You choose at checkout.
When do I pay?
Prices shown include GST. Laser parts priced here are paid for when you order, by card or PayID, and we check your files after. Anything we price by hand, we check first and email you a payment link, usually within 24 hours. We start making your parts once they are paid.
Can you cut material I supply?
No. We supply the material for every job.
