Do you offer finishing services?

Yes. We offer deburring, powder coating, zinc plating, anodising, and other finishing options depending on the service type. Finishing options are shown during the quoting process.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping quotes are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. We use major carriers including Australia Post, TNT, Toll, and Couriers Please.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayID bank transfer. Card payments include a small processing fee (1.75% + 30c). PayID payments have no surcharge.

Tolerances depend on the manufacturing process. Laser cutting typically holds ±0.1–0.2mm. CNC machining can achieve tighter tolerances depending on the operation. If you have specific tolerance requirements, include them in your quote request.
