JDL Innovations provides precision CNC machining from our workshop in Jimboomba, south of Brisbane. Our CNC lathe features a 40mm bar feed with both main and sub spindle, capable of machining parts up to 100mm diameter. We hold standard tolerances of ±0.05mm across all CNC work, with precision tolerances down to ±0.0125mm available for critical-fit components. This level of accuracy is essential for engineering applications such as hydraulic fittings, bearing housings, and aerospace-grade adapters. We handle everything from one-off prototypes to ongoing production batches, with consistent quality and fast turnaround for customers across Brisbane, Queensland, and all of Australia.

We machine a broad range of metals to suit your application requirements. Our standard materials include 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 aluminium for lightweight structural and aerospace parts, 304 and 316 stainless steel for corrosion-resistant components, and mild steel for general engineering. For high-strength applications such as shafts, gears, and axles, we work with 4140, 4340, and EN26 engineering steels — materials commonly specified in motorsport, mining, and heavy machinery.
