Tube Machining

Our tube machining services focus on precision end-finishing of stainless steel tube. We CNC machine tube ends to add threads (BSP, NPT, metric, and AN), cones for flare fittings, stepped diameters for sleeve connections, and faced ends for butt-weld preparation. Our CNC lathe holds ±0.05mm standard tolerance on all tube machining operations, ensuring reliable sealing and fitment in high-pressure systems. We work with 304 and 316 stainless tube up to 1 inch (25.4mm) diameter.
