Custom Tubing

JDL Innovations provides custom stainless steel tube fabrication from our Jimboomba workshop, south of Brisbane. We work with stainless steel tube up to 1 inch (25.4mm) diameter in both 304 and 316 grades, handling round, square, and rectangular sections. Our tube services include bending, coning, threading, and welded end fittings. Note that we do not offer mandrel bending — our tube bending is suited to applications where minor wall thinning on the outside of bends is acceptable. For high-pressure hydraulic and fuel line applications, this is typically not an issue at the diameters and wall thicknesses we work with. We serve customers across Brisbane, South East Queensland, and Australia-wide.

Our tube fabrication work spans several industries. Common applications include high-pressure hydraulic lines, fuel delivery systems, coolant plumbing, pneumatic manifolds, and custom exhaust sections. We also fabricate structural tube components such as handrails, support frames, and bracing elements. Stainless steel is chosen for these applications due to its corrosion resistance, strength-to-weight ratio, and suitability for high-temperature environments. For projects that require machined tube ends — threaded connections, coned fittings, or weld-prep bevels — we handle the full scope in-house so you receive finished, ready-to-install assemblies rather than raw bent tube.
