We provide a platform for buyers to purchase products and request custom manufacturing services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files
• Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads (typically 5)
• Prices are subject to change without notice

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a 3D scan from JDL Innovations, you receive a license to use the file according to the license type specified on the product page. Unless otherwise stated:

• Personal Use: You may use the files for personal, non-commercial projects
• Commercial Use: If included, you may use the files in commercial projects
• No Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files
• No Claim of Ownership: You may not claim original authorship of the 3D scans

6. Seller Terms

If you sell products on JDL Innovations:

• You warrant that you own or have rights to sell the content you upload
• You agree to our commission structure as displayed in the seller dashboard
• Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule
• You are responsible for accurately describing your products
• You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Refunds are generally not provided after download
• If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact support
• If a product is significantly different from its description, you may request a review
• All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on JDL Innovations:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal or harmful content
• Content that violates privacy rights
• Malicious files or malware
• Fraudulent or misleading content

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

JDL Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
