Custom Fittings

JDL Innovations manufactures custom CNC machined fittings for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid transfer systems. We produce fittings in 303 and 316 stainless steel, 6061-T6 aluminium, and brass C360 — materials chosen for their machinability, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. Standard thread types include BSP, NPT, metric, JIC, and AN fittings, with custom thread profiles available on request. Our CNC lathe with sub-spindle capability means we can produce complex fittings with features on both ends in a single operation, improving concentricity and reducing lead time. We handle quantities from single prototype fittings through to production batches of thousands, all manufactured at our Jimboomba workshop.

We produce a wide range of fitting types including straight connectors, elbows, tees, reducers, adapters, banjo fittings, and blanking plugs. These are used in hydraulic power systems, pneumatic control circuits, fuel delivery, coolant plumbing, and industrial fluid handling. Automotive and motorsport customers frequently require custom AN fittings and adapters for engine bay plumbing, oil system routing, and brake line connections. Industrial clients order custom fittings when off-the-shelf components do not meet their exact size, thread, or material requirements.
