Do I need a drawing?
No. In “Describe what you need made”, type the text for each one, its size and how many, or add a photo, PDF or logo, then add your details and press Send enquiry. We price it by hand and email you a quote, usually within a day.
Will the plaque fade outside?
The name is laser etched into stainless steel, not printed, so it will not peel or fade.
How long does it take?
Standard is ready in 5–7 business days from payment; express is 2–3 business days for 50% more. Courier time is on top.
Can I pick up, or do you deliver?
Both. Pick up free from our workshop at 45 Cerina Circuit, Jimboomba QLD, or we courier it Australia-wide. You choose at checkout.
When do I pay?
Prices shown include GST. Laser parts priced here are paid for when you order, by card or PayID, and we check your files after. Anything we price by hand, we check first and email you a payment link, usually within 24 hours. We start making your parts once they are paid.
Can you cut material I supply?
No. We supply the material for every job.
