What files can I upload?
A DXF or STEP gets an instant price. Photos, PDF drawings and ZIPs come to us with your enquiry, and we price them by hand.
Do you make engraved plates and tags?
Yes, laser etched in stainless steel: trailer VIN and compliance plates, data plates, and asset, valve, rigging, lockout and inspection tags. No drawing needed. In "Describe what you need made", type what goes on each one, its size and how many, or add a photo, PDF or logo, then press Send enquiry. We price it by hand and email you a quote, usually within a day; standard is ready in 5–7 business days from payment. VIN and compliance plates are made for the trailer or caravan's builder.
What materials and thicknesses do you cut?

Can you bend my part?
Yes, from a STEP file of the bent part: we unfold it, cut it and bend it. A DXF is cut flat, exactly as drawn.
How long does it take?
Standard is ready in 5–7 business days from payment; express is 2–3 business days for 50% more. Same-day rush is ready that afternoon for 120% more, at least $250 ex GST: cutting only, in 2, 3 and 5 mm mild steel, 304 stainless and 5005 aluminium; order and pay by 12 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, or it is cut the next working day. Courier time is on top.
Can I pick up, or do you deliver?
Both. Pick up free from our workshop at 45 Cerina Circuit, Jimboomba QLD, or we courier it Australia-wide. You choose at checkout.
When do I pay?
Prices shown include GST. Laser parts priced here are paid for when you order, by card or PayID, and we check your files after. Anything we price by hand, we check first and email you a payment link, usually within 24 hours. We start making your parts once they are paid.
What if you can't complete my order?
Now and then we can't complete an order, for example a file we can't cut as drawn. If we can't complete yours, we tell you as soon as we know and refund you for anything we can't make.
Can you cut material I supply?
No. We supply the material for every job.
What about CNC machined parts?
Upload the STEP, choose the material and add a PDF drawing for tolerances and threads. We price machined parts by hand and reply, usually the same day.
Why does my part say "priced by hand"?
Some parts can't be priced automatically, for example a very large job or a model we can't unfold with confidence. Send it as an enquiry and we'll price it ourselves.
